The Saint-Raphael/Frejus Neighbourhood Network is organising a Guided tour of this very historic location. 

Cost is 20€ per person

President Macron’s summer retreat Fort Bregancon

On January 31st 2023 at 13h we have reserved a guided visit in conjunction with the tourist office in Bormes les Mimossa , there are still some places available but before commiting to the visit please note the following guidelines as set out by the ‘Elysee’ protocol ;

no back packs allowed

no baby slings or pushchairs allowed

no animls allowed

As the Fort is 35m above ground level the visit is not suitable for PMR (people with reduced mobility) or for those that have difficulty walking. Please wear shoes appropriate for walking, as there is a long approach to the fort itself that is for foot traffic only.

closing date to attend is 21 January 2023, with no exceptions as the list of those attending has to be sent to the Fort in advance
